Who we are

Hypekind is a design and marketing studio working with small businesses in New York and across the United States, operating from the US, India and Nepal. Reach us at hello@hypekind.com.

Quotes and prices

Websites start at $100. Everything beyond that is quoted on the work involved rather than from a fixed rate card, because two businesses asking for the same thing rarely need the same amount of it.

You get the price before the work starts. If what you want changes along the way, we tell you what that does to the price before we act on it — you will not be surprised by an invoice.

Free consultation and trials

The first consultation is free and lasts fifteen minutes, with our senior support team. Some services have a free trial; ask which ones when you get in touch. None of it obliges you to buy anything.

Refunds

We do not give refunds. Design and marketing work cannot be handed back once it has been done, so we reduce the risk at the other end instead: a free consultation before you commit, a quote you approve before anything starts, and work shown to you as it progresses rather than only at the end. If something is wrong, tell us while it is being made and we will put it right.

What you own

When the work is paid for, it is yours — the design files, the logo in every format, and the website itself. Domains and hosting accounts are set up in your name from the start, so you are never locked in. If you leave, you take everything and we hand over the logins.

Two exceptions, both ordinary: software and fonts we license from someone else stay under their own licence, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we do not promise

No one can guarantee a position in Google, a mention by an AI assistant, a number of followers, or a number of sales — and anyone who does is selling you something they do not control. What we promise is the work itself, done properly, and honest reporting of what it did.

We do not buy followers, streams or reviews. Those get detected, they get removed, and they can get your account penalised.

What we need from you

Content, access and answers, roughly when we agree them. Most projects that run late run late here rather than on our side. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you send us — photos, logos, music, text.

Liability

We are a small studio and our responsibility is limited to what you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

To be confirmed before launch. Hypekind operates from the United States, India and Nepal, and which country's law governs an agreement is a decision for a lawyer rather than a website footer.
