Working with Hypekind
What things cost, how we start, and what you are agreeing to.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $100. What yours costs after that depends on what is in it — a one-page site for a barber is not the same job as a restaurant with online ordering, or a shop with payments and stock. We quote on the work, never from a menu, and we tell you the number before anything starts.
How do you price everything else?
By the work involved and the time it takes, not by a fixed rate card. Two clients asking for the same thing rarely need the same amount of it — one has photos, a logo and a clear idea; the other needs all three built first. We look at what you already have and quote for the gap.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes — fifteen minutes with our senior support team, free, with no obligation. You get an honest read on what your business actually needs, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
Can I try before I commit?
On some services, yes — ask when you get in touch and we will tell you which ones apply to what you are after. On the rest, the free consultation is the way to find out whether we are right for you before any money changes hands.
What do you need from me to start?
Usually less than people expect: what your business does, who you want to reach, and whatever you already have — photos, a logo, existing logins. If you have none of it, that is a normal starting point and we build it.
Do you give refunds?
No. Design and marketing work cannot be returned once it has been done, so we work the other way round: a free consultation first, a quote you approve before anything starts, and work shown to you as it goes rather than at the end.
Where are you based, and does that matter?
We work with businesses in New York and across the United States, and the studio operates from the US, India and Nepal. For local work — your Google profile, local ads, a restaurant's own ordering page — what matters is knowing your market, and everything we build is aimed at customers in your area.
