How long does a website take to build?
A simple site takes about three weeks; one with booking, a menu or a shop takes four to six. The part that usually decides it is not our side — it is how quickly we get your photos, text and logins. Businesses that have those ready finish at the fast end.
Do I need a website if I already have Instagram?
Yes, and for one reason: Instagram decides who sees you, and it can change that overnight. A website is the one place you own — it shows up in Google, takes bookings at midnight, and nobody can switch it off. Instagram is how people find you; the site is where they decide.
Will my website work properly on a phone?
It is built for the phone first, because that is where most of your customers are. We test on real phones, not just a resized laptop window, and we check that it loads fast on ordinary mobile signal rather than office wifi.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes. We set it up so the things that change often — hours, prices, photos, menu items — can be edited without touching code or calling us. Anything structural, we handle.
What happens if I already have a website I hate?
We look at it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or repairing. Sometimes the design is fine and the problem is speed or the way Google sees it, which is cheaper to fix than a rebuild.
Who owns the website when it's finished?
You do — the domain, the files and the accounts are in your name from the start. If you ever stop working with us, everything stays yours and you can hand it to anyone.
