Social media marketing
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the rest — run for you, so it stops being another job.
Do you post for me, or do I have to?
We do. That is the point of handing it over — the reason most business accounts go quiet is not that the owner does not care, it is that the week fills up. You approve what goes out if you want to; plenty of clients stop after the first month.
How often should a small business post?
Consistently rather than constantly. A few good posts a week, every week, does more than a burst followed by two months of silence. An account that has been quiet reads as a business that has gone quiet.
Should I buy followers?
No, and we will not do it. Bought followers never buy anything, they wreck your reach because the platform sees people ignoring your posts, and on some platforms they get the account penalised. A thousand real local followers are worth more than fifty thousand bought ones.
Which platform should I be on?
The one your customers already use, which is usually fewer than you think. A salon or restaurant lives on Instagram; a plumber gets more from Google than from any feed. We would rather you did one platform properly than four badly.
What does social media management cost?
It depends on how many platforms and how often, and on whether we are also shooting the photos and video. Fewer platforms done properly costs less and works better than a wide, thin spread.
